Elias Mora was born and raised in Gainesville, Georgia. With over fifteen years of tattooing experience, Elias has built himself from the ground up. Elias first began tattooing his friends at a young age and found himself working at his first professional shop locally known as 'Underground Ink' at the age of nineteen. During this time, Elias began to specialize in fine line black and grey tattooing. Throughout the next few years, Elias would find himself developing his own unique style of tattooing, which has allowed him to stand out in his own way. Fast-forward to 2018, Elias decided to open his own studio, 'Arte Tattoo Studios'.
